“Lighten Up”
Laughter is the best medicine!
‘Lighten Up’ is a great opportunity for kids to show off their hidden and not-so-hidden acting talents! Participating in hilarious songs & skits, they will be able to “ham it up” for 8 weeks! Students will be listening, working together, following directions, and collaborating! We will use our bodies, faces, and voices to create different characters. Be prepared to act big, move around a lot, and laugh out loud!
Weekly Showcase Class, Ages 9-12, $90 Tuition

PATHS Instructor: Jana Huggins
Jana Huggins was first introduced to Theater at the age of 5 and became addicted. Her addiction led to summer theater camps, roles in junior high, high school, community theaters, and eventually a degree in Theater from Southern Virginia University. She has taught several summer theater camps, classes and drama workshops. Some of her directing highlights include Annie, Oliver, and Miracle on 34th Street. She often uses her theater training at home with her two young children, Elliot and Azure, and looks forward to having a bigger “cast” when baby number three arrives in April.
