Now Hiring – Office Manager!

ArtsView is currently seeking a detail-oriented, passionate, self-driven individual to serve as its Office Manager.  The Office Manager is a part-time position and is responsible for maintenance of ArtsView’s office space and a variety of administrative tasks for the theatre.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have knowledge of word processing and data entry.  Familiarity with Constant Contact and QuickBooks is beneficial but not required.  Candidates should also be adept at time management and organization, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work as part of a collaborative team, and have a passion for the arts and a love of children.

Hours:

Part-time.  9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Some nights and weekends as needed.
