Alan Parker has worked in small theatre since early 1994 and professionally as a stage manager, lighting designer, and technical director. He returned to East Texas from Houston to join ArtsView Children’s Theatre in June, 2009. With ArtsView he has worked lighting for - When I Grow Up, Disney's Mulan. He has been the Technical Coordinator on the staffs of The AristoCats, It's a Wonderful Life, The Littlest Pumpkin, and Three Nanny Goats Gruff. His outside credits include lighting for Annie, Wizard of Oz, Tartuffe, The Foreigner, Chapter Two, Steel Magnolias, The Miracle Worker, Taming of the Shrew, Alone Together, Twelfth Night, Little Foxes, and Noises Off. Alan served as the Technical Director on the production staffs of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof and Rumors while working as a Stage Manager for Annie Get Your Gun, The Foreigner, Arsenic and Old Lace, and The Runner Stumbles.

Barbara was born and raised in Ft. Worth, Tx. She graduated from Paschal HS , attended UT Arlington while figuring salesman commissions for a local Advertising company. She worked as Blueprint and Tool file clerk for General Dynamics, received her Cosmetology license and worked at a salon then a sales manager for a beauty supply house. In 1977, she moved to Longview as a Pipeliner for Exxon Pipeline. In 1984, she married Sieg, and they had two children, Caleb & Danielle. After her years in various positions in the PTA, she came to ACT in 2005 as Prop Master for several productions.
Bonnie Capshaw started on the Founding Board of Directors of ACT and has enjoyed working on costumes for many productions. She is the mother of 2 beautiful and talented daughters and the wife of a wonderful and supportive husband. ArtsView is a wonderful place to have fun doing what you love
Todd has been at ArtsView since January 2007. Todd is married to Bonnie and has two daughters, Michelle and Kimba and two grandsons, Caden and Kyler. Todd, with other volunteers, does the carpentry work required for the major production performances for ACT. He also performs minor building maintenance, coordinates service contract work and building improvement projects. He plans and directs work days to clean up and improve ACT facilities. Todd is an active deacon at 1st Baptist church and is involved in local, out of state and foreign mission activities.
Mindy graduated for East Texas State University in 1994 with a Bachelor's of Science in Counseling. Although she has not practiced in a professional realm, it has given her many tools to use as a stay at home mom. 
Paul has worked developing websites since 1995. He created and has maintained and hosted the Artsview website since it was first published. Paul's career includes film and video production of feature length projects and television commercials. Paul has worked promoting Longview as a meeting and leisure destination since 1993. Some of the award winning promotional and marketing pieces designed by Paul include brochures and ads for Longview, The Great Texas Balloon Race, Alley Fest, and the Memorial Day Motorcycle Rally.
